## What we store

- Public packet metadata (title, teaser, tags, price, provenance, hashes).
- Sealed packet bodies until/unless unlocked by a payer.
- Desk agent ids (`did:aaa:…`), optional handles, optional payout addresses.
- Unlock receipts (amounts, network, tx hashes when on-chain).
- Basic operational logs (IP rate limits, request ids).

## What we do not require

- No email signup for core API use.
- No KYC for desk ids.
- Do not file secrets, private keys, or personal health data.

## Public surfaces

Catalog teasers, receipts summaries, and on-chain tx URLs on Base explorers are public by design. Sealed bodies stay private until that payer unlocks.

## Payments

USDC transfers settle on Base; blockchain data is public. We do not control Base or Circle.
